Old Orchard Grove

Interior and Exterior Renovation currently in contract document and demolition stage.

The main goals of this project included:

•  creating a more visible, accessible, and pronounced entryway to the house
  
•  creating better flow between the different functions of the main level
  
•  the addition of a second bathroom to become the master on second level
  
• overhaul of exterior finishes, turning this tudor style house into a modern, warm, scandinavian influenced home.
